Expert Instruction from a Qualified Freedive Instructor As a certified freedive instructor, I’ll support you with personalised coaching on technique, breath‑hold, and safety. Your wellbeing is always the priority, so you can focus on the experience and the thrill of exploring Shetland’s underwater world. Session Duration Each booking includes around 2 hours of effective in‑water time, but with briefing, preparation, and changing back into warm clothes, the full excursion typically lasts around 3.5 hours.
